Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere B2B-Kunden, analysierst und löst eigenständig IT-Anfragen im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support und dokumentierst deine Lösungen im Ticketsystem.
- Du übernimmst die Administration und Entstörung von Windows Server- und Client-Umgebungen, inklusive Active Directory, Microsoft 365 und Exchange.
- Du betreust die Netzwerkinfrastruktur unserer Kunden, konfigurierst Firewalls (z.B. Sophos) sowie Switches und stellst eine stabile Konnektivität sicher.
- Du wirkst bei der Betreuung von virtuellen Umgebungen mit VMware mit und stellst mittels Veeam die zuverlässige Datensicherung unserer Kunden sicher.
- Du unterstützt unser Team bei spannenden IT-Projekten, wie z.B. Cloud-Migrationen, und übernimmst dabei eigenverantwortlich Teilbereiche.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder bringst als Quereinsteiger:in relevante Praxiserfahrung mit.
- Du bringst mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im IT-Support mit und kennst dich in Windows-Umgebungen (Clients, Server, Active Directory) gut aus.
- Du arbeitest eigenständig sowie serviceorientiert und hast Freude daran, User:innen bei ihren Anliegen zu unterstützen.
- Für die Kommunikation mit Kund:innen und im Team sprichst du verhandlungssicheres Deutsch (C2-Niveau).
- Ein Führerschein der Klasse B ist für gelegentliche Einsätze von Vorteil.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
