- Sie sichern Ihren zugeordneten Kundenbestand und gewinnen neue gewerbliche Immobilieninvestoren, dabei haben Sie die Ertrags- und Risikogesichtspunkte im Blick
- Sie erstellen Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen von Projekten (vornehmlich im Immobilienbereich) und genehmigungsfähige Beschlussvorlagen
- Sie sind verbindlich und pflegen die Kontakte Ihrer Zielgruppen intern und extern
- Sie schauen über den Tellerrand und haben die Entwicklung im eigenen Marktsegment im Blick
- Sie analysieren Ihnen zugeordnete Kundenverbindungen hinsichtlich der Profitabilität

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Bankkauffrau/zum Bankkaufmann (m/w/d) und ein Studium oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss
- Sie bringen idealerweise mehrjährige Erfahrungen im Bereich der gewerblichen Immobilienfinanzierung mit, dies ist jedoch kein Muss
- Sie haben den Vertrieb im Blut und sind entscheidungsfreudig

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
