- Du konzipierst den Recruiting-Prozess von der Stellenanzeige bis zur Vertragserstellung

- Du arbeitest vertrauensvoll mit dem Betriebsrat zusammen und führst die Zuarbeit für die monatlichen Entgeltabrechnungen durch

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit personalwirtschaftlicher Ausrichtung oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Personalarbeit und als Führungskraft mit, idealerweise in der Energiebranche
- Du hast fundierte Erfahrungen in der Anwendung von tariflichen und arbeitsrechtlichen Gesetzen, einschließlich Betriebsverfassungsgesetz und idealerweise auch im Entgelttransparenzgesetz
- Du hast Erfahrungen in der Zusammenarbeit mit einem Betriebsrat
- Du verfügst über fundiertes Fachwissen in den Bereichen Mitarbeitendenführung, Psychologie, Konfliktmanagement, Management und Lohn
- Du beherrschst alle Anwendungen von MS Office sicher
- Du arbeitest eigenständig und strukturiert
- Du kommunizierst sicher und wortgewandt auf Deutsch und Englisch

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
