Was erwartet Sie?
- Als erste Ansprechperson beraten Sie unsere Kunden kompetent per Telefon und E-Mail zu unseren IT-Produkten und -Lösungen.
- Sie unterstützen das Vertriebsteam aktiv bei der Erstellung von Angeboten, der Auftragsabwicklung und der Rechnungsstellung.
- In enger Abstimmung mit dem Vertriebs-Außendienst klären Sie Kundenanliegen und stellen einen reibungslosen Informationsfluss sicher.
- Sie pflegen alle kunden- und auftragsrelevanten Daten sorgfältig in unserem CRM-System und sichern damit die Grundlage für unseren Vertriebserfolg.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie bringen mindestens ein Jahr Berufserfahrung aus der IT-Branche mit, idealerweise aus dem Vertriebsinnendienst oder der Kundenbetreuung.
- Sie haben eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
- Mit Ihrer ausgeprägten IT-Affinität und Ihrer kundenorientierten Art finden Sie für jede Anfrage die passende Lösung.
- Als kommunikationsstarkes Organisationstalent behalten Sie auch in turbulenten Phasen den Überblick und unterstützen das Vertriebsteam zuverlässig.
- Sie kommunizieren stilsicher auf Deutsch (C1) und bringen gute Englischkenntnisse (C1) mit.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
