Was erwartet dich?
- Du kommunizierst mit allen IR-Stakeholdern, insbesondere führst du Dialoge mit Analyst:innen und Investor:innen
- Du erstellst Unternehmensanalysen und Unternehmenspräsentationen zu den Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen sowie IR-Präsentationen für Roadshows und Konferenzen
- Du arbeitest bei der Erstellung der Quartals- und Geschäftsberichte mit und stellst die Pflichtveröffentlichungen der Unternehmensgruppe sicher
- Du entwickelst die Equity Story weiter und organisierst sowie führst Roadshows, Konferenzteilnahmen, Conference Calls, Hauptversammlungen oder Capital Markets Days durch
- Du baust die IR-Datenbank aus, pflegst sie, koordinierst IR-Termine und betreibst Investor Targeting
- Du fungierst als Schnittstelle zu anderen Fachbereichen, wie z. B. Controlling, Accounting, Public Relations und Product Management

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast einen Abschluss in einem betriebswirtschaftlichen Studium mit Schwerpunkt im Bereich Controlling, Finanz- oder Rechnungswesen
- Du bringst erste Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position mit und hast fundierte Kenntnisse in der Finanzberichterstattung
- Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse in der Rechnungslegung börsennotierter Unternehmen sowie Grundkenntnisse der einschlägigen gesetzlichen Vorschriften und Zulassungsfolgepflichten
- Du zeigst hohes Engagement und Eigeninitiative sowie Belastbarkeit und Teamfähigkeit
- Du besitzt Organisationstalent, ein kompetentes Auftreten und kommunikatives Geschick
- Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse (insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint)
- Du hast idealerweise gute Kenntnisse gängiger Investor Relations Informationssysteme (CRM, Marktdaten) und bist reisebereit

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
