Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst gemeinsam mit dem Shop Management die Verantwortung für die Shop-Performance, analysierst relevante Kennzahlen und wirkst bei der Budgetplanung mit.
- Du führst und motivierst dein Team im Tagesgeschäft, bist für die Personaleinsatzplanung zuständig und unterstützt aktiv bei der Einstellung neuer Kolleg*innen.
- Du stellst einen exzellenten Kundenservice sicher und entwickelst gemeinsam mit deinem Team Maßnahmen, um die Verkaufsziele zu erreichen und ein einzigartiges Einkaufserlebnis zu schaffen.
- Du bist für die fachliche Weiterentwicklung deines Teams verantwortlich, organisierst Produktschulungen und stellst sicher, dass alle Mitarbeitenden stets auf dem neuesten Stand sind.
- Du optimierst die täglichen Abläufe im Shop und förderst eine enge Zusammenarbeit zwischen dem Retail-Team und dem Kundensupport, um reibungslose Prozesse zu gewährleisten.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
