Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Kunden und Kundinnen und berätst sie kompetent vor Ort und am Telefon zur passenden Fußbodenheizung für ihr Projekt.
- Du erstellst individuelle Angebote und begleitest den gesamten Verkaufsprozess von der Anfrage bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss.
- Du bearbeitest eingehende Bestellungen, die uns über den Webshop, per E-Mail oder Telefon erreichen, und pflegst die Auftragsdaten sorgfältig.
- In Abstimmung mit dem Lager koordinierst du den Warenausgang und stellst sicher, dass unsere Produkte pünktlich bei den Kunden und Kundinnen ankommen.
- Auch nach dem Kauf bleibst du Ansprechpartner (m/w/d), klärst Rückfragen und findest kundenorientierte Lösungen bei Reklamationen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst idealerweise erste praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Heizung/Sanitär mit oder hast ein starkes technisches Verständnis, besonders für Fußbodenheizungen.
- Der direkte Kontakt mit Kunden und Kundinnen macht dir Spaß und du überzeugst durch ein freundliches, serviceorientiertes Auftreten am Telefon und vor Ort.
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit dem PC und arbeitest dich schnell in neue Programme wie unser Shopsystem oder die Angebotssoftware ein.
- Für die professionelle Kundenberatung sprichst und schreibst du Deutsch auf fließendem Niveau (C1).

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
