Was erwartet dich?
- Gemeinsam mit dem Shop Management verantwortest du die Erreichung der Umsatzziele, analysierst relevante Kennzahlen und unterstützt bei der Budgetplanung sowie der Personalauswahl.
- Du übernimmst die fachliche Führung des Shop-Teams, erstellst die Personaleinsatzpläne und förderst die individuelle Weiterentwicklung deiner Mitarbeitenden durch regelmäßiges Coaching.
- Du stellst ein einzigartiges Einkaufserlebnis sicher, indem du für reibungslose Abläufe sorgst und dein Team aktiv in der Beratung zu unseren frischen, handgemachten Kosmetikprodukten unterstützt.
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson im Shop förderst du den aktiven Austausch mit anderen Abteilungen, um die Zusammenarbeit und die Prozesse stetig zu optimieren.
- Du bringst eigene Ideen zur Weiterentwicklung des Shops ein und setzt gemeinsam mit deinem Team kreative Maßnahmen zur Verkaufsförderung und Kundenbindung um.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
