Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie bearbeiten und überwachen eigenständig offene Forderungen
- Sie führen das Mahnwesen durch und buchen sowie stimmen die Debitorenkonten ab, inklusive Klärung offener Sachverhalte mit Kund:innen und internen Fachbereichen
- Sie übernehmen das operative Accounting für unsere österreichische Gesellschaft und sind verantwortlich für die Debitoren-, Kreditoren- und Bankbuchhaltung
- Sie wickeln den Zahlungsverkehr ab und bearbeiten das Reisekostenmanagement
- Sie wirken bei der Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen mit
- Sie arbeiten an Projekten zur Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung unseres Finanzbereichs und der Finanzprozesse mit

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Finanz- und Rechnungswesen
- Sie verfügen über erste Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung, vorzugsweise im Bereich Debitorenbuchhaltung
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit Microsoft 365, insbesondere Excel; SAP-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- Sie besitzen gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie idealerweise Englischkenntnisse
- Sie arbeiten strukturiert, sorgfältig und lösungsorientiert mit ausgeprägtem analytischem Denkvermögen
- Sie sind kommunikationsstark, zuverlässig und verfügen über ein hohes Maß an Diskretion

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
