Was erwartet dich?
- Du richtest Druck- und Produktionsmaschinen im Flexo- und Digitaldruck ein, bedienst und überwachst sie
- Du stellst einen reibungslosen Produktionsablauf sicher und führst kontinuierliche Qualitätskontrollen durch
- Du stellst hochwertige Etiketten und Druckprodukte nach Kundenanforderungen her
- Du führst Maschinenrüstungen sowie Materialwechsel durch
- Du kontrollierst die Druckergebnisse hinsichtlich Qualität, Farbgenauigkeit und Maßhaltigkeit
- Du wartest, pflegst und führst kleinere Instandhaltungsarbeiten an den Produktionsanlagen durch
- Du dokumentierst die Produktionsaufträge und hältst interne Qualitätsstandards ein
- Du arbeitest eng mit den Bereichen Grafik, Arbeitsvorbereitung und Produktion zusammen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Medientechnologe Druck (m/w/d), Drucker (m/w/d), Maschinen- und Anlagenführer (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation
- Du bringst idealerweise Berufserfahrung im Bereich Etiketten-, Digital-, Flexo- oder Offsetdruck mit
- Du verfügst über technisches Verständnis sowie ein gutes Gespür für Druckqualität
- Du arbeitest sorgfältig, strukturiert und qualitätsbewusst
- Du bist verantwortungsbewusst und zuverlässig im Umgang mit Produktionsanlagen
- Du bist teamfähig und bereit, selbstständig zu arbeiten, und hast ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein sowie Freude an präzisem Arbeiten
- Du bist bereit, dich in neue Druckverfahren und Produktionsprozesse einzuarbeiten

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
