- Sie bauen unseren Beratungsbereich "Ambulante Versorgung" auf und entwickeln ihn weiter
- Sie leiten anspruchsvolle Beratungsprojekte für Krankenhäuser, Kliniknetzwerke, MVZ und weitere Akteure des Gesundheitswesens
- Sie entwickeln und setzen Strategien zur Ambulantisierung, Transformation und sektorenübergreifenden Versorgung um
- Sie analysieren Markt-, Wettbewerbs- und Versorgungspotenziale
- Sie optimieren und analysieren ambulante Prozesse und Versorgungsstrukturen
- Sie akquirieren neue Projekte, bauen langfristige Kundenbeziehungen auf und pflegen diese

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Beratung und/oder im Management von Krankenhäusern, Medizinischen Versorgungszentren (MVZ) bzw. in Funktionen mit ökonomischer und strategischer Verantwortung im Gesundheitswesen mit Schwerpunkt ambulante Versorgung
- Sie verfügen über fundierte Kenntnisse der ambulanten Versorgung sowie aktueller Entwicklungen im Bereich Ambulantisierung und sektorenübergreifender Versorgung
- Sie besitzen ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie unternehmerisches Denken
- Sie treten überzeugend gegenüber Geschäftsführungen, Vorständen und weiteren Entscheidungsträgern auf
- Sie haben eine hohe Kundenorientierung, Akquisestärke sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Netzwerkfähigkeit
- Sie zeigen Eigeninitiative, Umsetzungsstärke, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Freude an der Entwicklung neuer Lösungen und sind reisebereit

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
