Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie beraten Versicherte persönlich vor Ort sowie im Innendienst und stellen durch Ihre Fachexpertise die optimale Versorgung mit orthopädischen Hilfsmitteln sicher.
- Sie erstellen fundierte Versorgungsempfehlungen und nutzen Ihre Kalkulationskenntnisse, um Kostenvoranschläge von Leistungserbringern präzise zu prüfen und zu bewerten.
- Sie verantworten die Qualitätssicherung der Hilfsmittelversorgung und stellen damit sicher, dass Patientinnen und Patienten die bestmögliche Unterstützung erhalten.
- Als zentrale Schnittstelle koordinieren Sie die Kommunikation zwischen Kostenträgern, Leistungserbringern sowie weiteren Beteiligten und sorgen für reibungslose Prozesse.
- Ihre Prüfergebnisse und Empfehlungen dokumentieren Sie nachvollziehbar in strukturierten Berichten und schaffen so Transparenz für alle Parteien.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie sind Orthopädietechnik-Meister (m/w/d) und bringen einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Beratung und Versorgung mit Hilfsmitteln mit.
- Dabei sind Sie sicher im Umgang mit den Produktgruppen 23 und 24 sowie in der Kalkulation und Vertragsabwicklung mit Kostenträgern.
- Sie haben Freude daran, Ihr Fachwissen stetig zu erweitern und sich in neue Themen einzuarbeiten.
- Für den Austausch mit allen Beteiligten kommunizieren Sie verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch (C1-Niveau).
- Sie besitzen einen Führerschein der Klasse B, um Versicherte auch vor Ort beraten zu können.
- Erste Kenntnisse in der Rehatechnik oder der sichere Umgang mit MS Word sind ein willkommenes Plus, aber keine Voraussetzung.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
