Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie betreuen das inhouse Performance Marketing ganzheitlich
- Sie entwickeln und setzen Kanalstrategien um und übernehmen die Budgetplanung und -steuerung für Google Ads, Meta, Display/Retargeting und Affiliate
- Sie managen operativ Kampagnen, inklusive Setup, Optimierung und laufendem Monitoring
- Sie planen und setzen den saisonalen Aktionskalender um, beispielsweise für Sales, Produktlaunches, Black Friday und Weihnachten
- Sie implementieren, pflegen und optimieren Tracking-Links, Pixel und Produktfeeds im Rahmen des Tracking- und Feedmanagements
- Sie führen Performance-Analysen, Benchmarking und monatliche Reportings durch und arbeiten eng mit Grafik- und Content-Teams bei Briefings und Umsetzung zusammen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
