Du führst anspruchsvolle Transformationsprojekte von der strategischen Konzeption bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung, baust langfristige Kundenbeziehungen auf und entwickelst unser Beratungsportfolio aktiv weiter. Gleichzeitig übernimmst du Verantwortung für die fachliche Entwicklung unseres Teams und gestaltest den weiteren Ausbau unseres Geschäftsbereichs Process Intelligence mit.
Was erwartet dich?
- Business Transformation Leadership: Du verantwortest komplexe Transformationsprogramme und unterstützt unsere Kunden dabei, nachhaltigen Business Value entlang ihrer End-to-End-Prozesse zu realisieren.
- Executive Advisory: Du berätst Fachbereiche, Management und C-Level bei strategischen Fragestellungen rund um Process Intelligence, datengetriebene Transformation und Operational Excellence.
- Kundenentwicklung & Business Development: Du entwickelst bestehende Kundenbeziehungen weiter, identifizierst neue Geschäftspotenziale und begleitest den gesamten Beratungsprozess – von der ersten Idee bis zum erfolgreichen Projektabschluss.
- Team Leadership & Coaching: Du führst Projektteams fachlich, entwickelst unsere Consultants und Senior Consultants weiter und etablierst Best Practices innerhalb unseres Teams.
- Portfolio & Solution Development: Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit dem Team innovative Beratungsansätze, Methoden und Lösungen im Bereich Process Intelligence, KI und Business Transformation.
- Strategic Partnerships: Du gestaltest den Ausbau unseres Netzwerks mit Technologiepartnern (z.B. Celonis) und unterstützt die Weiterentwicklung unseres Process-Intelligence-Portfolios.
- Thought Leadership: Du repräsentierst PMMG Process Solutions am Markt, bringst Impulse aus dem Process-Intelligence- und KI-Umfeld ein und positionierst uns als führenden Beratungspartner.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (mind. 6–8 Jahre) in den Bereichen Process Intelligence, Process Mining, Business Transformation, Operational Excellence oder Technologieberatung mit – idealerweise mit Projekt- oder Teamverantwortung.
- Du besitzt ein fundiertes Verständnis betrieblicher End-to-End-Prozesse sowie Erfahrung in der Identifikation, Quantifizierung und Realisierung von Business Value.
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer Transformationsprojekte sowie im Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung von Kundenbeziehungen auf Management- und C-Level.
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umfeld von Process Intelligence, ERP-Systemen und Datenanalytik sowie idealerweise über Erfahrung mit Process-Mining-Plattformen wie Celonis.
- Dich zeichnen ausgeprägte Führungs-, Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeit aus, und du hast Freude daran, Teams weiterzuentwickeln und Kunden nachhaltig zu begleiten.
- Du bringst unternehmerisches Denken sowie Begeisterung für Themen wie Process Intelligence, KI, Automatisierung und datengetriebene Business Transformation mit. Du besitzt sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1-Niveau).

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
