- Führung übernehmen: Du führst und koordinierst das WOPS-Team, fachlich wie disziplinarisch und stellst so eine effektive Zusammenarbeit und Service-Exzellenz sicher
- Cloud-Power aktivieren: Du administrierst unsere Cloud-Server-Infrastruktur (AWS) und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Applikationsbetrieb in unseren Full-Managed Cloud-Lösungen
- Innovation vorantreiben: Du führst Changes durch – vom Ausrollen neuer Hochverfügbarkeitssysteme bis zur Modernisierung der Infrastruktur der unternehmensinternen Public Cloud (AWS)
- Systeme im Blick behalten: Du überwachst unsere Services, erkennst Probleme frühzeitig und leitest gezielt Maßnahmen ein
- Betrieb verantworten: Du garantierst einen hochverfügbaren Betrieb unserer Hosting-Services in der Cloud und im Rechenzentrum und stellst die Einhaltung vertraglich zugesicherter Service Level Agreements (SLAs) sicher
- Cross-Team-Kollaboration: Du forcierst und förderst die enge Zusammenarbeit mit DevSecOps und anderen technischen Teams
- Technische Challenges meistern: Du unterstützt unsere Kunden bei komplexen technischen Fragen im 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support
- Prozesse weiterdenken: Du analysierst Kennzahlen, leitest wirksame Maßnahmen ab und optimierst kontinuierlich Prozesse, Projektstrukturen und Abläufe im Sinne von Qualität, Effizienz und Skalierbarkeit
- Projekte mitgestalten: Du leitest Implementierungs- und Migrationsprojekte – von der Konzeption bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossenes IT-Studium (z. B. technische Informatik) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
- Langjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Systemintegration, davon mindestens 5-jährige Berufserfahrung im Betrieb von Cloud Services (AWS, Azure, Google, Alibaba)
- Erste (fachliche) Führungserfahrung wünschenswert, gerne aus dem Projektmanagement
- Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse zur Containerisierung, Lastverteilung und Netzwerkmanagement – insbesondere mit GitLab, Kubernetes und Terraform
- Eine hohe Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung setzen wir voraus
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Webservern (Apache, Tomcat), SQL-Datenbanken und Linux (Ubuntu, Debian)
- Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten, eine Hands-on-Mentalität und der Wille zur ständigen Weiterentwicklung
- Sprachlich fit: Deutsch (C1) und Englisch (B2)

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
