Was erwartet dich?
- Du berätst Kund:innen technisch und leistest telefonischen sowie schriftlichen 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support
- Du betreust und bearbeitest qualifiziert Kundenanfragen per Telefon und E-Mail
- Du analysierst und löst technische Problemstellungen von Kund:innen
- Du unterstützt aktiv den Vertriebsaußendienst bei Kundenprojekten und Angebotsprozessen
- Du bereitest Angebote vor und arbeitest diese in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertrieb aus
- Du wirkst bei der Identifikation von Kundenbedarfen mit und entwickelst passende technische Lösungen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast einen Abschluss als Techniker:in, Radio- und Fernsehtechniker:in oder ein Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik / Elektronik / Hochfrequenztechnik oder vergleichbar
- Du hast mindestens 1 Jahr Erfahrung im technischen Vertrieb, Support oder Umgang mit Messgeräten
- Du bist teamfähig
- Du hast technische Leidenschaft und eine ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung mit Hands-on-Mentalität und arbeitest selbstständig
- Du gehst sicher mit Telefon- und E-Mail-Kommunikation um
- Du verfügst über gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse und hast erste Erfahrungen im Umgang mit KI

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
