- Du verantwortest die eigenverantwortliche Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Architekturprojekten in allen Leistungsphasen
- Du führst und betreust ein interdisziplinäres Team und unterstützt die Kolleg:innen in ihrer fachlichen Weiterentwicklung
- Du steuerst die Termine, die Kosten und die Qualität im Rahmen einer strukturierten Projektmitwirkung
- Du koordinierst die enge Zusammenarbeit mit Auftraggebern, Fachplanern sowie Behörden

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst ein abgeschlossenes Architekturstudium (oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation) und mindestens 8-10 Jahre Berufserfahrung in allen Leistungsphasen der HOAI mit
- Als erfahrene Führungskraft hast du bereits erfolgreich Teams geleitet und weißt, wie du Mitarbeitende motivierst und weiterentwickelst
- Dein Blick geht über den Tellerrand hinaus: Du interessierst dich für das große Ganze und hast idealerweise schon Erfahrung in der Projektsteuerung gesammelt
- Du kommunizierst klar und zielorientiert, arbeitest gerne im Team und überzeugst mit deiner souveränen Art
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse sind für die Kommunikation mit allen Partnern unerlässlich
- Du schätzt den persönlichen Austausch und die kreative Energie im Büro, weshalb du gerne vor Ort mit dem Team zusammenarbeiten

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
