Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest die ganzheitliche Betreuung unserer Kund:innen – von der ersten Anfrage über die Angebotserstellung bis zum erfolgreichen Serviceeinsatz.
- Du planst und koordinierst eigenständig alle Serviceaktivitäten wie Inbetriebnahmen, Wartungen, Reparaturen und Kundenschulungen.
- Als zentrale Schnittstelle klärst Du technische sowie kaufmännische Fragestellungen und arbeitest eng mit den Teams aus Vertrieb, Projektmanagement und Engineering zusammen.
- Du übernimmst das aktive Troubleshooting, analysierst Kundenanliegen und sorgst für eine nachhaltige und zufriedenstellende Lösung.
- Du bearbeitest Kundenanfragen, erstellst Serviceangebote mit MS Office und pflegst die dazugehörigen Daten sorgfältig in unseren Systemen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung und eine große Begeisterung für erklärungsbedürftige Produkte.
- Idealerweise bringst du bereits erste Erfahrung im Customer Service, After Sales oder Vertrieb mit – falls nicht, ist das aber auch kein Problem.
- Du bist ein Kommunikationstalent, denkst stets kundenorientiert und bringst die nötige Reisebereitschaft für gelegentliche Termine vor Ort mit.
- Im Umgang mit MS Office bist du sicher und kannst dich sowohl auf Deutsch als auch auf Englisch fließend verständigen.
- Mit deiner proaktiven und lösungsorientierten Art sorgst du dafür, dass für jedes Kundenanliegen eine gute Lösung gefunden wird.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
