Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie führen fachlich und disziplinarisch das Team Vertriebsinnendienst
- Sie steuern das operative Tagesgeschäft inklusive Priorisierung und Ressourcenplanung
- Sie sind verantwortlich für Angebotswesen, Kalkulationen, Auftragserfassung, Auftragsänderungen, Disponierung und termingerechte Faktura
- Sie überwachen offene Aufträge, Durchlaufzeiten und relevante Kennzahlen zur Sicherstellung von Servicequalität und Lieferperformance
- Sie bearbeiten und priorisieren Kundenanfragen strukturiert und arbeiten eng mit den Regionalleitern im Vertrieb zur Sicherstellung einer umfassenden, serviceorientierten Kundenbetreuung zusammen
- Sie analysieren und optimieren bestehende Abläufe mit Fokus auf Standardisierung, Digitalisierung, Transparenz und Effizienz und wirken aktiv an Digitalisierungs- und Transformationsprojekten mit

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung bzw. ein Studium mit Bezug zu Vertrieb, Logistik oder Betriebswirtschaft
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst und in der Führung von Teams
- Sie haben erste Führungserfahrung und Freude daran, Mitarbeitende fachlich und persönlich weiterzuentwickeln
- Sie besitzen ein sehr gutes kaufmännisches Verständnis, sind sicher in Preiskalkulationen und haben sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse
- Sie zeichnen sich durch ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung, Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit aus
- Sie arbeiten proaktiv, lösungsorientiert und strukturiert mit hoher Eigeninitiative und Umsetzungsstärke und haben eine Hands-on-Mentalität, Belastbarkeit sowie Bereitschaft zur Präsenz am Standort in Heppenheim
