Regelmäßige Besuche von Bahnbaustellen und Teilnahme an Projektbesprechungen vor Ort.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die Steuerung des Vertrags- und Nachtragsmanagements für unsere Bahnbaustellen nach VOB und bereitest Abnahmen sowie Inbetriebnahmen vor.
- Mithilfe von MS Project und MS Office überwachst du Termine, Kosten sowie Qualität und stellst eine lückenlose Projektdokumentation sicher.
- Als zentrale Schnittstelle kommunizierst du eng mit Auftraggebern, Nachunternehmern sowie dem internen Projektteam und agierst als Ansprechperson für vertragsrelevante Fragen.
- Du wirkst aktiv in Bau- und Projektbesprechungen mit und pflegst alle relevanten Daten in unseren digitalen Planlauf- und Dokumentationssystemen.
- Durch die administrative und kaufmännische Steuerung leistest du einen wichtigen Beitrag zum Erfolg unserer komplexen Bahnprojekte.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
- Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse im Baurecht (VOB/BGB) mit und hast ein sicheres Händchen für das Vertrags- und Nachtragsmanagement.
- Im Umgang mit MS Office und Projektmanagement-Tools wie MS Project oder Asta Powerproject bist du versiert.
- Eine strukturierte, prozessorientierte Arbeitsweise zeichnet dich aus und du behältst auch in komplexen Projekten den Überblick.
- Idealerweise bist du nach IPMA (Level D) zertifiziert und kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
