Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie verantworten die strategische und operative Leitung des Therapie- und Trainingsbereichs und entwickeln moderne Behandlungskonzepte sowie neue Angebote aktiv weiter.
- Sie führen und motivieren Ihr Team sowohl fachlich als auch disziplinarisch und sind für die gesamte Personalentwicklung von der Einarbeitung bis zu Mitarbeitergesprächen zuständig.
- Sie steuern die gesamten Praxisabläufe, von der Einsatzplanung bis zur Sicherstellung unserer hohen Qualitätsstandards, um eine optimale Patient:innenversorgung zu gewährleisten.
- Sie überwachen relevante Kennzahlen, analysieren die wirtschaftliche Entwicklung des Standorts und leiten in enger Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsführung entsprechende Maßnahmen ab.
- Sie fördern die enge interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit im Team sowie mit externen Ärzt:innen und Kooperationspartner:innen, um den Therapieerfolg zu maximieren.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine Ausbildung im Gesundheitsbereich (z. B. Sportwissenschaft, Physiotherapie) und bringen mehrjährige Berufserfahrung mit.
- Sie konnten idealerweise erste Führungserfahrung sammeln oder haben die klare Motivation, ein Team fachlich und disziplinarisch zu leiten.
- Ein gutes Verständnis für wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge und die Organisation von Praxisabläufen zeichnet Sie aus.
- Ihre Arbeitsweise ist strukturiert sowie lösungsorientiert und Sie treten im Umgang mit Team und Patient:innen stets sicher und wertschätzend auf.
- Sie begeistern sich für moderne Therapiekonzepte und haben Lust, diese aktiv weiterzuentwickeln.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Ihr Profil ab.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
