Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest den gesamten Budgetprozess der Gruppe – von der Finanzmodellierung über die Abstimmung mit den Fachbereichen bis zur finalen Managementpräsentation.
- Du steuerst das monatliche Reporting, analysierst Abweichungen und leitest daraus konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen für das Management ab.
- Mithilfe von Power BI treibst du die Weiterentwicklung unseres Reporting- und KPI-Frameworks voran, indem du Daten aus verschiedenen Systemen (z.B. ERP, CRM) zusammenführst und aussagekräftige Dashboards erstellst.
- Du erstellst und verantwortest präzise Forecasts und entwickelst die Kostenrechnung sowie Profit-Center-Strukturen strategisch weiter, um eine wirksame Steuerung zu gewährleisten.
- Du analysierst die Wirtschaftlichkeit und Margen auf Gruppenebene, führst Nachkalkulationen durch und identifizierst gezielt Optimierungspotenziale zur nachhaltigen Ergebnisverbesserung.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation – entscheidend ist für uns Deine fundierte Erfahrung im Controlling oder Finance-Umfeld
- Du verfügst über ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten in der Finanzmodellierung, insbesondere im Aufbau integrierter Planungsmodelle mit Verständnis für komplexe Zusammenhänge
- Du denkst und arbeitest datengetrieben: Du hast Erfahrung in der Analyse, Zusammenführung und Modellierung von Daten aus unterschiedlichen Systemen (z. B. ERP, CRM, Ticket System) sowie in der Entwicklung aussagekräftiger Reports und Dashboards (z. B. mittels Power BI)
- Du bewegst Dich sicher in ERP-Systemen und bringst ein gutes Verständnis für Datenstrukturen mit
- Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und gut auf Englisch

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
