Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt unser Vertriebsteam aktiv im Tagesgeschäft, indem Du Angebote erstellst, bearbeitest und deren Nachverfolgung sicherstellst.
- Du verantwortest die Datenqualität, indem Du Kunden-, Artikel- und Preisstammdaten in unserem CRM- und ERP-System pflegst und für eine strukturierte digitale Ablage sorgst.
- Du übernimmst die professionelle Korrespondenz mit unseren Kund:innen sowie Partner:innen und klärst organisatorische Anfragen eigenständig per Telefon und E-Mail.
- Mithilfe von MS Excel erstellst Du regelmäßig Auswertungen und Listen zur Unterstützung der Vertriebssteuerung und bereitest wichtige Dokumente vor.
- Du wirkst bei der Vorbereitung von Aufträgen mit und stimmst Dich dabei eng mit internen Abteilungen ab, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf zu gewährleisten.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du bringst idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung in der Sachbearbeitung oder im Vertriebsinnendienst mit
- Du arbeitest sorgfältig, strukturiert und zuverlässig
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
- Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung mit ERP- oder CRM-Systemen
- Du verfügst über gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamorientierung sowie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
