- Erfassung und Analyse der Kundenbedürfnisse: Du übersetzt komplexe Geschäftsanforderungen unserer Kunden in verständliche technische Konzepte
- Projektmanagement: Du begleitest MS Dynamics 365 Projekte von der ersten Analyse über die Implementierung bis hin zum erfolgreichen Go-Live
- Beratung: Du bewertest bestehende Prozesse und berätst Kunden bei der Prozessautomatisierung und -digitalisierung. Du bist nah am Kunden und begleitest diesen in der Unternehmensentwicklung. Kundenwünsche verstehen und diese in Fachsprache zu „übersetzen“ ist für dich kein Problem.
- Steuerung und Qualitätskontrolle: Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Entwicklungs- und Vertriebsteam zusammen und stellst hohe Qualitätsstandards sicher. Mit deinem Know-how definierst du gemeinsam mit dem Vertriebsteam das optimale Kundenangebot.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der IT oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation (gern auch Quereinsteiger oder beratungswillige Developer)
- Erfahrungen in der Anwendung von Microsoft Dynamics 365

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
