Wir suchen ab sofort für unsere Abteilung Expansion am Hauptsitz Ober-Ramstadt in Vollzeit eine:n Product Management Coordinator (m/w/d) / Sachbearbeiter Produktmanagement (m/w/d) / Kaufmännischer Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) .
Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt das Team Produktmanagement bei der Umsetzung verschiedener Kollektionen und Projekte
- Du übernimmst die Kommunikation und die operative Abwicklung mit unseren internationalen Kunden und Lieferanten
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Nachverfolgung, Kontrolle und das Management von Mustern und Samples
- Du kontrollierst und pflegst regelmäßig Anpassungen unserer Stammdaten in unseren Systemen (PowerBI & SAP)
- Du bist die Schnittstelle zwischen unserem Design- und Einkaufsteam und arbeitest eng mit den Kollegen zusammen
- Du entwickelst proaktiv Ideen und Ansätze um unsere internen Prozesse zu optimieren und neu aufzubauen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft oder Textilmanagement bzw. eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. als Industriekaufmann / Industriekauffrau oder Bürokaufmann / Bürokauffrau) mit.
- Ein hohes Maß an Eigenmotivation, Zuverlässigkeit sowie eine selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sind für dich selbstverständlich.
- Du bist motiviert, neue Prozesse und Abläufe in einem dynamischen Team aktiv zu gestalten, stetig weiterzuentwickeln und deine kreativen Denkansätze mit einzubringen
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office / Google Workspace - erste Erfahrungen im Umgang mit SAP Business One sind von Vorteil
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- (C1/C2) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2)

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
