- Sie stellen eine hohe Pflegequalität unter Führung und fachlicher Anleitung sicher
- Sie führen umfassende Beratungen mit unseren Pflegekund:innen und deren Angehörigen im Bereich Pflege sowie der Einschätzung des Versorgungsbedarfs durch
- Sie sind eingebunden in die Implementierung von internen Standards und fördern die konzeptionelle Entwicklung des Bereichs
- Sie kümmern sich um die passgenaue Umsetzung von Schulungs- und Fortbildungsbedarfen der Mitarbeitenden vor Ort und betreiben Netzwerkpflege für die Niederlassung
- Sie fördern aktiv die Umsetzung des Qualitätsmanagements unter Überwachung und Steuerung des Pflege- und Betreuungsprozesses

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene dreijährige Ausbildung in der Altenpflege oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege
- Sie besitzen eine abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zur Pflegedienstleitung
- Sie haben innerhalb der letzten 8 Jahre mindestens 3 Jahre hauptberuflich im erlernten Beruf gearbeitet, davon mindestens 2 Jahre im ambulanten Bereich
- Sie sind im Besitz eines Führerscheins Klasse B
- Sie zeichnen sich durch eine kommunikative und reflektierte Persönlichkeit aus
- Sie verfügen über Organisationstalent und Teamfähigkeit

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
