Wir suchen ab sofort für unser Büro in Ober-Ramstadt im Team Vertrieb / Sales Support in Vollzeit eine:n Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d) Kundenservice B2B.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist erste Anlaufstelle für unsere nationalen und internationalen Geschäftskunden per Telefon und E-Mail und kümmerst Dich um alle Fragen und Anliegen
- Du bearbeitest Aufträge, Retouren und Reklamationen und erstellst Rechnungen und Gutschriften im SAP
- Du übernimmst die Anlage und Betreuung von Neukunden
- Du erstellst Auswertungen und Übersichten mit Excel / Google Sheets
- Du stellst die Schnittstelle zu Logistik, Produktion, Einkauf, Buchhaltung und Vertriebsaußendienst dar, um unseren Kunden den bestmöglichen Service zu bieten

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung z.B. als Bürokaufmann / Bürokauffrau oder Industriekaufmann / Industriekauffrau
- Du bringst 1-2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Kundenservice / Customer Service / Vertriebsinnendienst / Kundenbetreuung / Sachbearbeitung / Kundendienst mit (gern auch im Rahmen Deiner Ausbildung)
- Dich zeichnen Kontaktfreudigkeit, Flexibilität, selbstständiges Arbeiten und exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten aus
- Du bist bereit in flexiblen Schichten zu arbeiten (08-18 Uhr)
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C1/C2), weitere Sprachkenntnisse (z.B. Italienisch und Französisch) sind von Vorteil
- Du bist sehr gut im Umgang mit MS-Office / Google Workspace und idealerweise mit SAP

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
