Was erwartet dich?
- Du rüstest und bedienst selbstständig unsere modernen 5-Achs-CNC-Fräsmaschinen mit Heidenhain-Steuerung zur Fertigung von präzisen Bauteilen.
- Du erstellst und optimierst CNC-Programme direkt an der Maschine und liest technische Zeichnungen zur Umsetzung der Aufträge.
- Du überwachst aktiv den Fertigungsprozess und stellst durch eigenständige Qualitätskontrollen mit gängigen Messmitteln die hohe Güte der Werkstücke sicher.
- Du führst kleinere Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten an den Maschinen durch und sorgst so für einen reibungslosen Ablauf in der Produktion.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker:in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Du bringst bereits Erfahrung in der 5-Achs-Bearbeitung mit und arbeitest präzise und qualitätsbewusst.
- Idealerweise hast du bereits mit Heidenhain-Steuerungen gearbeitet und bringst sogar erste Programmierkenntnisse mit.
- Die Arbeit im 2-Schicht-System passt gut in deinen Rhythmus und du schätzt die damit verbundene Flexibilität.
- Du sprichst gutes Deutsch (B1/B2-Niveau), um dich reibungslos im Team abzustimmen.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
