Das erwartet dich:
- Du übernimmst die strategische Verantwortung für einen Bereich unserer Webhosting-Produkte und dessen Weiterentwicklung
- Du steuerst den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus von der Planung über die Umsetzung bis ggf. zum Ende des Lebenszyklus
- Du fragst dich kontinuierlich „Wo steht das Produkt gerade & was braucht es jetzt?“ und sorgst so dafür, dass jedes Produkt in der jeweiligen Phase des Lebenszyklus optimal betrieben wird
- Du knüpfst und pflegst aktiv die entsprechenden Schnittstellen zu Entwicklung, Administration, Vertrieb und Marketing sowie zu externen Partnern
- Du beobachtest den Markt, erkennst Trends und leitest daraus Chancen und Handlungsbedarfe ab - dabei hast du die Kundenbedürfnisse stets im Blick
- Du bewertest technische Anforderungen im Hinblick auf Wirtschaftlichkeit und Priorität
- Du analysierst entsprechende KPIs und triffst auf ihrer Basis Entscheidungen für die Weiterentwicklung des Produktes

- Du hast ein starkes technisches Verständnis, idealerweise mit Erfahrung in Webentwicklung, Webtechnologien oder dem Hosting-/Agenturumfeld
- Du verfügst über Erfahrung im Produktmanagement oder Projektmanagement, idealerweise in einem agilen Arbeitsumfeld
- Du arbeitest strukturiert und genau, priorisierst klar und behältst auch bei vielen Themen stets den Überblick
- Du kommunizierst sicher mit unterschiedlichsten Stakeholdern und überzeugst mit Klarheit, Überzeugungskraft und Haltung
- Du denkst wirtschaftlich, nutzt gezielt KPIs und verlierst dabei nie den Kundennutzen aus dem Blick
- Du entwickelst kreative Lösungen für komplexe Probleme

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
