Wir suchen engagierte Finanzbuchhalter (m/w/d), die Verantwortung übernehmen möchten und eigenständig mehrere Gesellschaften bzw. Pflegeeinrichtungen betreuen. Neben dem operativen Tagesgeschäft hast Du die Möglichkeit, Prozesse aktiv mitzugestalten und die Weiterentwicklung unserer Finanzbuchhaltung nachhaltig zu begleiten.
Deine Aufgaben:
- Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung der Finanzbuchhaltung mehrerer Gesellschaften und Pflegeeinrichtungen
- Bearbeitung der laufenden Debitoren-, Kreditoren-, Anlagen- und Hauptbuchhaltung sowie Banken
- Prüfung, Kontierung und Verbuchung sämtlicher Geschäftsvorfälle
- Durchführung und Überwachung des Zahlungsverkehrs einschließlich Vorbereitung der Zahlläufe
- Abstimmung von Sach-, Debitoren- und Kreditorenkonten sowie Klärung offener Posten
- Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB
- Erstellung von Auswertungen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Analysen
- Kompetenter Ansprechpartner für Einrichtungsleitungen, Fachbereiche, Steuerberater und Wirtschaftsprüfer
- Aktive Mitgestaltung, Standardisierung und Digitalisierung der Buchhaltungsprozesse in DATEV

Das bringst du mit:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zum Finanzbuchhalter (m/w/d), Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung (HGB)
- Erfahrungen im Gesundheits- oder Pflegewesen von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung
- Sicherer Umgang mit DATEV oder die Bereitschaft, Dich schnell in DATEV einzuarbeiten
- Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Excel und den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
- Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis
- Kommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist und Freude daran, Prozesse aktiv weiterzuentwickeln

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
