Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie übernehmen die eigenverantwortliche Administration, Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der lokalen IT-Infrastruktur, Netzwerk- und Serversysteme
- Sie planen, konzipieren und implementieren IT-Sicherheitsmaßnahmen und nachhaltige Sicherheitsstrukturen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der IT-Sicherheit
- Sie entwickeln, dokumentieren und überprüfen regelmäßig Backup-, Disaster-Recovery- und Business-Continuity-Konzepte
- Sie analysieren, automatisieren und optimieren IT- und Geschäftsprozesse durch den Einsatz moderner Technologien, Skripting und Workflow-Automatisierung
- Sie identifizieren, bewerten und implementieren KI-gestützte Lösungen zur Effizienzsteigerung und Digitalisierung von Unternehmensprozessen
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Administration, Pflege, Anpassung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des ERP-Systems Munixo in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker:in, ein Studium der Informatik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation
- Sie verfügen über mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Administration komplexer IT-Infrastrukturen
- Sie haben nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von IT-Projekten sowie der Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von IT-Lösungen
- Sie besitzen ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Sie zeigen hohe Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Kommunikationsstärke

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
