Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams im Bereich Produktion/Technik besetzen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt an unserem Hauptstandort in Zwenkau bei Leipzig die Stelle des Mechatroniker (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.
Unsere Maschinen haben wir zum überwiegenden Teil selbst entwickelt, um den individuellen Anforderungen unserer Kunden gerecht werden zu können.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest die Wartung, Inspektion und Instandsetzung unserer Produktionsanlagen und behebst Störungen, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf zu gewährleisten
- Ein Schwerpunkt Deiner Arbeit ist die Fehlersuche und Optimierung von SPS-Steuerungen (z.B. Siemens, Beckhoff) sowie die Verbesserung unserer Spritzgussprozesse (z.B. Arburg)
- Du analysierst bestehende Prozesse, optimierst Rüstzeiten und arbeitest kontinuierlich an der mechanischen sowie elektronischen Verbesserung unserer Maschinen, um Stillstände zu minimieren
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Produktion und dem Engineering nimmst Du neue Maschinen und Werkzeuge in Betrieb und begleitest deren Anlaufphase

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Mechatroniker:in, Industrieelektroniker:in oder in einem vergleichbaren elektrotechnischen Beruf
- Du bringst erste Berufserfahrung in der Automatisierungstechnik mit und hast bereits praktisch mit SPS-Steuerungen gearbeitet
- Idealerweise hast du bereits Erfahrung in der Wartung von Sondermaschinen oder in der Spritzgusstechnik – falls nicht, ist das kein Hindernis
- Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, denkst analytisch und hast Freude daran, dich in komplexe technische Systeme einzuarbeiten
- Die Arbeit im 3-Schicht-Betrieb passt gut zu deinem Alltag
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch, um dich sicher im Team und bei der Dokumentation zu verständigen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
