Wir suchen ab sofort an unserem Hauptsitz in Ober-Ramstadt in Vollzeit eine:n B2B E-Commerce Manager & Shopify Developer (m/w/d).
Eine hybride Rolle, in der Du unsere B2B-Webshops sowohl geschäftlich als auch technisch eigenständig weiterentwickelst.
Deine Aufgaben
- Strategische & operative Shop-Steuerung: Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für unsere B2B-Webshops des Sales-Teams. Dabei stellst Du die technische Verfügbarkeit sicher, steuerst die Roadmap und agierst als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Business und Technik.
- Technische Entwicklung: Du entwickelst die Shops eigenständig weiter – Theme-Development (Liquid), Frontend, Anbindung von Systemen über APIs und Webhooks. Du baust Custom-Funktionen statt nur zu konfigurieren und arbeitest sauber versioniert (Git).
- Daten- & Sortimentsarchitektur: Du verantwortest die strukturierte Pflege der Artikelstammdaten, automatisierst Onboarding-Prozesse neuer Sortimente und optimierst die Datenqualität an den Schnittstellen zu PIM- und ERP-Systemen.
- B2B-UX/UI, Content & Conversion-Optimierung: Du gestaltest und optimierst B2B-Shop-Inhalte (Landingpages, Themenwelten, Markenshops) datenbasiert. Durch gezieltes Testing (CRO) und nutzerzentriertes Design (UX/UI) steigerst Du die Conversion Rate und vereinfachst den Bestellprozess für unsere Händler.
- Schnittstellenmanagement: Du arbeitest eng mit Vertrieb, Marketing und Produktmanagement zusammen, übersetzt Business-Anforderungen eigenverantwortlich in technische Lösungen und stellst ein nahtloses, professionelles Einkaufserlebnis sicher.
- Performance & Strategie: Du analysierst wichtige KPIs, leitest daraus konkrete Maßnahmen zur Performance-Steigerung ab und treibst die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Webshops gemeinsam mit der IT voran.

Dein Profil
- Du bringst mehrjährige (mind. 3-5 Jahre) Erfahrung im Webshop-Management und der E-Commerce-Entwicklung mit.
- Du beherrschst das Shopify-Ökosystem (Liquid, Themes, Storefront API, B2B-Funktionen) und besitzt solide Kenntnisse im Web-Development (HTML/CSS, JavaScript oder Headless-Commerce-Ansätze).
- Du hast praktische Erfahrung in der Anbindung und Optimierung von ERP-, PIM- und CRM-Systemen über APIs und Webhooks sowie im Umgang mit Artikelstammdaten.
- Du bringst Erfahrung in der datengestützten Shop-Optimierung mit (z. B. mit GA4) und weißt, wie man Conversion Rates (CRO) und die B2B-User-Experience gezielt verbessert.
- Du denkst unternehmerisch, handelst umsetzungsstark und übernimmst gerne die volle, eigenverantwortliche technische und strategische Verantwortung für Deine Projekte.
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C1/C2).

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
