Wir suchen ab sofort für unsere Abteilung Expansion am Hauptsitz Ober-Ramstadt in Vollzeit eine:n B2B Webshop Manager (m/w/d) / Shop Manager (m/w/d) / Webshop-Administrator (m/w/d) / Shopify Manager (m/w/d).
Was erwartet dich?
- Shop-Steuerung: Du übernimmst die operative Steuerung und Betreuung unseres B2B-Webshops, sicherst deren technische Funktionalität und bist die zentrale Ansprechperson.
- Produkt-Onboarding: Du verantwortest die Organisation und Pflege der Artikelstammdaten sowie das Onboarding neuer Sortimente und Produkte.
- Content-Pflege: Du pflegst und optimierst die relevanten Shop-Inhalte (wie Startseiten, Landingpages, Banner und Themenwelten) für eine überzeugende, markengerechte Produktpräsentation und verbesserte User Experience.
- Performance & Strategie: Du analysierst wichtige KPIs, leitest daraus konkrete Maßnahmen zur Performance-Steigerung ab und treibst die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Webshops gemeinsam mit der IT voran.
- Schnittstellenmanagement: Du arbeitest eng mit Vertrieb, Marketing-Abteilung, Produktmanagement und IT zusammen, um Inhalte perfekt abzustimmen, Verkaufschancen zu realisieren und ein professionelles Einkaufserlebnis zu garantieren.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst mindestens 2–3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Webshop-Management, in Shopify oder ähnlichem mit, idealerweise im B2B-Umfeld.
- Du verfügst über praktische Erfahrung im Umgang mit Shop-Systemen, insbesondere Shopify oder vergleichbaren Plattformen wie WooCommerce oder Shopware.
- Du besitzt fundiertes Wissen über Shop-Strukturen, digitale Vermarktung und nutzerorientierte Online-Erlebnisse.
- Du bist motiviert und zuverlässig, arbeitest selbstständig und sorgfältig
- Du hast Interesse daran neue Prozesse voranzutreiben und weiterzuentwickeln
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C1/C2).

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
