- Du baust ein UX-/UI-Team innerhalb unseres Unternehmens auf und gibst ihm fachliche Guidance
- Du arbeitest eng mit Product Ownern und Entwickler:innen zusammen, um eine technisch realisierbare und marktorientierte Umsetzung sicherzustellen
- Du etablierst und entwickelst Designprozesse, Standards und Toolchains weiter, um konsistente Nutzererlebnisse über alle Plattformen hinweg zu gewährleisten
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Konzeption, Gestaltung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der User Interfaces für unsere PBX-Systeme, Mobile- und Desktop-Apps sowie Web-Portale für Endnutzer:innen und Administrator:innen
- Du beobachtest den Markt und Trends im Bereich UX, UI und Business-Kommunikation zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung unserer Produkte
- Du entwickelst Wireframes, Mockups und interaktive Prototypen, um Ideen greifbar zu machen und moderierst Workshops zur Anforderungsaufnahme und Lösungsfindung

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich UX-/UI-Design oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss
- Du bringst mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im UX-/UI-Design mit, idealerweise im Umfeld von SaaS-, Software- oder Mobile-Produkten im B2B-Umfeld
- Du arbeitest eigenständig, hast eine Hands-on-Mentalität und Entscheidungsfähigkeit
- Du hast Erfahrung in der fachlichen Anleitung von Designprozessen, was ein großes Plus ist
- Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse in Wireframing, Prototyping, Usability-Testing und bist sicher im Umgang mit Tools wie Figma, Sketch o. Ä. Erste Erfahrung mit KI-Tools ist wünschenswert
- Du bist kommunikationsstark und in der Lage, deine Konzepte überzeugend intern wie extern zu präsentieren und hast Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden (Scrum) und Tools wie JIRA oder Confluence
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und bist bereit, mindestens 3 Tage in der Woche aus unserem schönen Office in Karlsruhe zu arbeiten

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
