Was erwartet dich?
- Du betreust und steuerst eigenverantwortlich nationale und internationale EPC- und Lieferverträge über den gesamten Projektzyklus, von der Ausschreibungsphase bis zur Gewährleistung
- Du analysierst, kommentierst und erstellst komplexe Verträge sowie Konsortial- und Nachunternehmervereinbarungen in enger Abstimmung mit der Rechtsabteilung
- Du bereitest Vertragsverhandlungen vor und führst diese selbstständig mit Kund:innen, Partner:innen und Zulieferern durch
- Du identifizierst und bewertest proaktiv vertragliche Risiken und Chancen und setzt strategisch Mehrforderungsansprüche (Claims) durch oder wehrst sie ab
- Du berätst die Projektleitung und das Management in allen vertragsrelevanten und kommerziellen Fragestellungen und entwickelst Vertragsstandards und Templates weiter
- Du erstellst Entscheidungsgrundlagen zu Claims und Risiken und koordinierst externe Rechtsberater

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium des Wirtschaftsrechts, der Rechtswissenschaften (1. Staatsexamen/LL.M.), des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens oder der Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit starkem rechtlichen Fokus
- Du bringst mindestens 5 Jahre fundierte Berufserfahrung im Contract- und Claim-Management mit
- Du verfügst über ein tiefgehendes Verständnis der Energiewirtschaft, wie z. B. Windenergie, PV-Großanlagen, Netzinfrastruktur, Kraftwerksbau oder Wasserstoff
- Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse im internationalen Vertragsrecht, wie z. B. FIDIC-Vertragsmuster, sowie im klassischen deutschen Bau- und Werksvertragsrecht (BGB, VOB)
- Du beherrschst Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher in Wort und Schrift
- Du arbeitest strukturiert zur Überwachung von Meilensteinen, Fristen und vertraglichen Verpflichtungen über Jahre hinweg und trittst verhandlungssicher auf, mit Durchsetzungsstärke, strategischem Denkvermögen und ausgeprägten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
