Ihre drei Hauptaufgaben
- Technische Steuerung des Baustellengeschehens: Sie koordinieren und steuern eigenverantwortlich alle technischen Abläufe auf der Baustelle und behalten dabei stets den Überblick - von der Anlieferung bis zur Montage
- Überblick & Weitsicht: Sie tragen die Gesamtverantwortung für die wirtschaftliche und termingerechte Abwicklung Ihrer Baustellen und stellen sicher, dass vereinbarte Qualitätsstandards konsequent eingehalten werden
- Entwicklung: Sie stehen in regelmäßigem Austausch mit der Projektleitung, dem Technischen Büro und der Arbeitsvorbereitung - und sorgen so dafür, dass Informationen fließen, Schnittstellen funktionieren und das Projekt einen Abschluss findet

Darauf bauen wir bei Ihnen
- Sie haben ein Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen erfolgreich abgeschlossen - alternativ bringen Sie eine Qualifikation als Techniker oder Meister mit
- Sie verfügen über einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Bauleitung, bestenfalls Erfahrungen in Projekten für die DB AG und/oder im Stahlbau
- Mit MS Office bewegen Sie sich sicher durch den Arbeitsalltag und bringen idealerweise schon Kenntnisse in RIB iTWO oder einem vergleichbaren ERP-System mit
- Sie arbeiten strukturiert und lösungsorientiert, behalten auch in komplexen Projektsituationen den Überblick und treffen Entscheidungen mit der nötigen Konsequenz
- Sie bringen Reisebereitschaft mit und verstehen als selbstverständlichen Teil Ihrer Rolle, nah am Projekt und nah an den Menschen zu sein

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
