Die Stelle wird unbefristet und in Teilzeit (bis zu 75%) besetzt.
Ihre zukünftigen Aufgaben:
- Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung bei der Umsetzung strategischer und operativer Entscheidungen, Erstellung von 1/4-.-jhrl. und jährl. Risikoberichten, lfd. Anpassung des Risikohandbuches
- Risikobasierte Mitwirkung bei Planungs- und Zielvereinbarungsprozessen im Vertrieb
- Information der Geschäftsführung bei erkannten Risiken inkl. Erarbeitung von
Lösungsvorschlägen - Projektmanagement und Übernahme von Sonderaufgaben mit geschäftspolitischem
Hintergrund nach Weisung der Vorgesetzten - Mitwirkung bei der lfd. Überarbeitung des internen Kontrollsystems sowie der
Identifikation und Bewertung von risikorelevanten Prozessen (regulatorische
Themen BIA und RIA) - Eigenständige Sichtung relevanter Informationen (Verbände, Landesbanken) zur
Fortbildung und Aufrechterhaltung des Wissens

Ihr Profil:
- Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrungen im beschriebenen Verantwortungsbereich
- Sie besitzen ein klares mündliches und schriftliches Ausdrucksvermögen
- Sie sind teamfähig und leistungsbereit und arbeiten gerne eigenverantwortlich
- Sie verfügen über eine analytische Denkweise und ein ausgeprägtes Vorstellungsvermögen
- Sie sind offen dafür, sich auch in andere Teiltätigkeiten im Stabswesen einzuarbeiten (Schnittstellentätigkeiten Revision, Compliance)

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
