Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst deine Fahrschüler sicher an die LKW-Technik heran und vermittelst die fahrerischen Grundlagen auf dem Übungsplatz.
- Du planst und begleitest die besonderen Ausbildungsfahrten, wie Überland-, Autobahn- und Nachtfahrten, und schaffst dabei realitätsnahe Lernszenarien.
- Du trainierst gezielt die essenziellen Grundfahraufgaben, von der Gefahrenbremsung bis zum Rangieren, und gibst konstruktives Feedback zur stetigen Verbesserung.
- Du bereitest deine Schützlinge mental und praktisch auf die Prüfung vor, simulierst Prüfungssituationen und begleitest sie am entscheidenden Tag zum erfolgreichen Abschluss.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du besitzt eine gültige Fahrlehrerlaubnis der Klasse C/CE – das ist dein Ticket für diesen Job.
- Du bringst mindestens ein Jahr Berufserfahrung als Fahrlehrer*in mit und weißt, worauf es in der Praxis ankommt.
- Deine Stärken sind Geduld, Zuverlässigkeit und eine freundliche, professionelle Art, mit der du eine motivierende Lernatmosphäre schaffst.
- Für die klare Vermittlung aller Inhalte sprichst du fließend Deutsch (C1-Niveau).

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
