Was erwartet dich?
- Du installierst, konfigurierst und setzt Hardware wie PCs, Notebooks und Mobilgeräte instand
- Du analysierst, klassifizierst und bearbeitest Incidents und Service Requests
- Du diagnostizierst und behebst Fehler bei Hard- und Softwareproblemen
- Du unterstützt Anwender:innen vor Ort, remote und telefonisch
- Du bist verantwortlich für den Aufbau, Umzug und die Inbetriebnahme vollständiger IT-Arbeitsplätze sowie die Planung und Umsetzung der IT-Infrastruktur vor Ort
- Du installierst, konfigurierst und wartest Arbeitsplatzsysteme und betreust Benutzerkonten, Berechtigungen und Zugriffsstrukturen

- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vor-Ort-Support und der Hardware-Instandsetzung
- Du gehst sicher mit MS-365, Lizenzmanagement und Berechtigungskonzepten um
- Du hast Freude am Verkauf und die Fähigkeit, technische Vorteile in Kundennutzen zu übersetzen
- Du trittst souverän auf

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
