- Du bewertest neue Produktchancen und bereitest Go-/No-Go-Entscheidungen vor
- Du steuerst Produktentwicklungen von Design über Sampling und QC bis zur Produktion
- Du stellst termingerechte Launches über mehrere Lieferanten und Märkte hinweg sicher
- Du koordinierst Pricing, Produktdaten und Go-to-Market gemeinsam mit Sales und internationalen Teams
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Datenqualität im PIM bis zum finalen Go-Live und steuerst Produktions-, Versand- und Launch-Timelines
- Du erkennst Risiken frühzeitig und leitest Gegenmaßnahmen ab, während du den Überblick über die gesamte Projektpipeline inklusive Abhängigkeiten behältst

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise in der Produktentwicklung oder im Bereich Consumer Goods
- Du verfügst über sehr starke Organisationsfähigkeit und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Du hast Erfahrung im Management mehrerer paralleler Projekte (Pipeline-Management)
- Du bist durchsetzungsfähig in cross-funktionalen Teams ohne direkte Weisungsbefugnis
- Du besitzt ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke auf allen Ebenen und Erfahrung in internationalen Projektstrukturen
- Du dokumentierst strukturiert und beherrschst sichere Projektmethodik (klassisch & agil) sowie sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
