- Du planst, koordinierst und kontrollierst Marketing- und Vertriebskampagnen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den EMEA-Vertriebsteams
- Du bereitest Kund:innen- und Targetlisten vor und verfolgst die Ergebnisse der Kampagnen nach
- Du erstellst Forecasts, KPI-Reports und Analysen und leitest daraus Empfehlungen für Vertriebsinitiativen ab
- Du analysierst Kund:innen-, Produkt- und Absatzdaten eigenständig, um Handlungsoptionen für nationale sowie internationale Kampagnen und Projekte zu entwickeln

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein Studium abgeschlossen und idealerweise Erfahrung als Vertriebsunterstützung oder in der Assistenz
- Du verfügst über analytisches Denkvermögen und Erfahrung mit CRM-, Ticket- und Projektmanagement-Tools
- Du hast fundierte Branchenkenntnisse und bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office
- Du besitzt starke Kommunikations- und Ausdrucksfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie Konfliktkompetenz
- Du arbeitest strukturiert und lösungsorientiert und bist in der Lage, komplexe Themen zu überblicken
- Du bist hoch flexibel, hast interkulturelle Kompetenz und eine proaktive Problemlösungskompetenz sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C1)

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
