Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest die reibungslose und vorschriftskonforme Abwicklung unserer internationalen Versand- und Zollprozesse von A bis Z.
- Du prüfst eigenständig die Genehmigungspflicht von Exportvorgängen nach aktuellen Regularien und steuerst die Beantragung bei den zuständigen Behörden.
- Mithilfe unseres ERP-Systems und MS Office erstellst und prüfst du alle relevanten Exportdokumente, von der Ausfuhranmeldung bis zum Präferenznachweis.
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson berätst du interne Abteilungen, Kunden und Partner kompetent in allen zoll- und außenwirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen.
- Du analysierst bestehende Exportprozesse, identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale und teilst dein Wissen aktiv in internen Schulungen mit deinen Kolleg:innen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung im Bereich Zoll, Außenhandel, Spedition oder ein vergleichbares Studium
- Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Export / Zoll mit
- Du besitzt einschlägige Kenntnisse der Vorschriften im internationalen Handel
- Du verfügst über verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Du hast eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und arbeitest verantwortungsbewusst sowie selbstständig
- Du hast gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und idealerweise Erfahrung mit ERP- oder Zollsystemen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
