Was erwartet dich?
- Als erste Anlaufstelle im 1st-Level-Support nimmst du Kundenanfragen per Telefon, E-Mail und Monitoring entgegen, analysierst technische Probleme und dokumentierst deine Lösungen in der ERP-Software ALPHAPLAN.
- Du administrierst und pflegst die IT-Systeme unserer Kunden, insbesondere Windows Server-Umgebungen (Active Directory, DHCP, DNS) und Microsoft 365-Dienste wie Exchange Online und Teams.
- Du überwachst die Netzwerkinfrastruktur, konfigurierst NextGen Firewalls (Fortinet) und kümmerst dich um die E-Mail-Security (Hornetsecurity), um einen reibungslosen und sicheren Betrieb zu gewährleisten.
- Du arbeitest mit Virtualisierungstechnologien wie Hyper-V oder VMware und stimmst dich bei komplexen Fällen eng mit dem 2nd-Level-Support und unseren IT-Consultants ab, um nachhaltige Lösungen zu entwickeln.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (z.B. als Fachinformatiker:in für Systemintegration) oder bringst vergleichbare Praxiserfahrung mit.
- Du bewegst dich sicher in der Microsoft-Welt, insbesondere mit Windows Server (AD, DNS) und Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams).
- Du bringst erste Erfahrungen mit Virtualisierung (z.B. Hyper-V) und ein gutes Grundverständnis für Netzwerk- und Security-Themen (z.B. Firewalls, VLANs) mit.
- Es macht dir Spaß, im direkten Kundenkontakt technische Herausforderungen zu analysieren und zu lösen – am Telefon genauso wie remote.
- Du kommunizierst klar und verständlich auf Deutsch (mindestens C1-Niveau), sowohl mit Kund:innen als auch im Team.

In your application overview you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.
Can I send several applications at once?
The number of your applications is not limited. An overview of your applications can be found in your application overview.

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact us anytime via email.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
