Was erwartet dich?
- Du konzipierst und verantwortest die Wissensarchitektur unserer KI-gestützten Beratungsplattform, indem Du wissenschaftliche Erkenntnisse und internes Expertenwissen in logische Modelle und Taxonomien überführst.
- Du analysierst qualitative und quantitative Organisationsdaten aus Interviews sowie Workshops, identifizierst Muster und leitest daraus konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen für unsere Kund:innen ab.
- In enger Abstimmung mit dem Entwicklungsteam begleitest Du die fachliche Weiterentwicklung des KI-Agenten, konzipierst Test-Szenarien und sicherst die Qualität der Modelllogiken.
- Du begleitest erste Pilotprojekte bei Kund:innen, um unser digitales Produkt zu evaluieren, integrierst Nutzerfeedback und erstellst aussagekräftige Abschlussberichte.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Master- oder Promotionsstudium, idealerweise aus Psychologie, Organisationsentwicklung, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Kognitionswissenschaften oder verwandten interdisziplinären Bereichen (Abschluss max. 2 Jahre zurückliegend)
- Du hast anschließend 1 bis 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in diesem Bereich sammeln dürfen oder hast insgesamt 3 Jahre Erfahrung als Werkstudent oder als Praktikant sammeln dürfen.
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2)
- Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office, insbesondere Word, Excel sowie PowerPoint
- Du hattest erste Berührungspunkte mit HR bzw. Personal- und Organisationsentwicklung und hast ein Grundverständnis für Organisationslogiken (Rollen, Governance, Operating Models)
- Du kennst dich im Umgang mit digitalen Tools, KI-Anwendungen oder datengetriebenen Auswertungen aus
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Strukturierung von Wissensbeständen, Modellen oder Taxonomien und verstehst datenbasierte Entscheidungsprozesse, Modelllogiken und Qualitätssicherung

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
