Was erwartet dich?
- Du stellst sicher, dass unser Instandhaltungsbetrieb (Part-145) alle luftfahrtrechtlichen Vorgaben und unsere internen Qualitätsansprüche meistert
- Du hältst unser Qualitätsmanagementsystem und das „Independent Monitoring System“ (ISM) am Puls der Zeit – Stillstand gibt es bei uns nicht
- Du organisierst und leitest interne Audits sowie Lieferantenaudits und hast dabei stets Lösungen und nötige Korrekturmaßnahmen im Blick
- Du koordinierst technische Trainings und hilfst unseren Teams, fachlich immer eine Flughöhe über dem Standard zu agieren
- Du pflegst Handbücher und Verfahren so, dass sie für die Kolleg:innen in der Halle echte Werkzeuge sind, keine bürokratischen Hürden
- Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Quality & Safety Manager (m/w/d) zusammen und bringst aktiv deine Ideen ein, um uns jeden Tag ein Stück besser zu machen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit einer Weiterbildung zum Techniker (m/w/d)
- Du siehst dich in der Welt der Qualitätssicherung oder des Auditwesens
- Du hast bereits Berührungspunkte mit EASA Part-21 oder Part-145 – oder brennst darauf, hier Erfahrungen zu sammeln
- Du beherrschst Deutsch und Englisch sicher, egal ob im Audit-Bericht oder im Kund:innengespräch
- Du gehst mit MS-Office und gängiger Software leicht um
- Du verbindest eine zuverlässige, qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise mit einer ordentlichen Portion Humor und Teamgeist und blickst über den Tellerrand, um das Team zum Erfolg zu führen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
