Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie verantworten die gesamte operative Leitung der Baustelle, steuern die Montagearbeiten und sichern die Einhaltung von Terminen, Qualität und Sicherheitsvorschriften (VDE).
- Sie führen Ihr Montageteam fachlich und disziplinarisch und koordinieren den Einsatz von Subunternehmern als zentraler Ansprechpartner.
- Als kommunikative Schnittstelle halten Sie den direkten Draht zur Projektleitung, zu den Kunden und zu Ihrem Team, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf zu gewährleisten.
- Sie planen und überwachen die Materialdisposition, um sicherzustellen, dass Ihr Team jederzeit optimal ausgestattet ist.
- Sie erstellen präzise Aufmaße und sorgen für eine lückenlose technische Dokumentation, die als Basis für eine erfolgreiche Projektabrechnung dient.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik, z.B. als Elektroniker oder Elektriker.
- Sie bringen mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Monteur mit und haben idealerweise bereits erste Projekte auf der Baustelle geleitet.
- Sie sind vertraut mit den einschlägigen Normen sowie Vorschriften (z.B. VDE) und bringen Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement mit.
- Mit Ihrer Kommunikationsstärke und Ihrem Organisationstalent führen Sie Ihr Team eigenverantwortlich und motivierend.
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse für die reibungslose Koordination mit allen Beteiligten runden Ihr Profil ab.
