Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist die erste Ansprechperson für unsere Kund:innen, berätst sie mit Leidenschaft zu Schmuck sowie Uhren und schaffst ein unvergessliches Einkaufserlebnis bis zum Verkaufsabschluss am Kassensystem.
- Du baust durch deine serviceorientierte Art eine persönliche Bindung zu unseren Stammkund:innen auf und wirst so zu ihrer vertrauensvollen Ansprechperson für besondere Anlässe.
- Du nimmst Reparatur- und Sonderanfertigungswünsche entgegen, erfasst diese sorgfältig in unserem Ticketsystem und sorgst für eine reibungslose Abwicklung.
- Gemeinsam mit deinem Team sorgst du für eine ansprechende Warenpräsentation und eine einladende Atmosphäre in unserem Verkaufsraum.
- Du unterstützt beim professionellen Ankauf und der Beleihung von Wertgegenständen und wirkst bei der Durchführung unserer Pfandversteigerungen mit.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Einzelhandel mit – eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in diesem Bereich ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss.
- Deine Leidenschaft für Schmuck und Edelsteine ist spürbar und du teilst sie gerne im Beratungsgespräch.
- Mit deinem serviceorientierten Auftreten, guten Umgangsformen und einem gepflegten Erscheinungsbild gewinnst du schnell das Vertrauen der Kund:innen.
- Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, zeigst Engagement und bleibst auch in lebhaften Situationen flexibel.
- Für die Beratung unserer Kundschaft sprichst du fließend Deutsch.
