Aufgrund unseres derzeitigen Wachstums suchen wir ab dem nächstmöglichem Zeitpunkt eine Stellv. Leitung Technik (m/w/d) zur Unterstützung unserer Technikleitung!
Ihre Herausforderung
- Sie unterstützen in enger Abstimmung den Leiter Technik in seinem gesamten Bereich: Elektrik, Mechanik und Technik-Lager sowie Technik-Einkauf. Hierbei bearbeiten Sie eigenverantwortlich die abgestimmen Aufgaben.
- Sie führen das Technik-Team, bestehend aus Team Elektrik und Team Mechanik
- Sie übernehmen die Leitung und Organisation von Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen sowie die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der technischen Anlagen in Hinblick auf die Anlagenverfügbarkeit
- Sie arbeiten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Schnittstellen aus der Produktion, der Prozessentwicklung und der Qualitätssicherung zusammen
- Sie arbeiten bei Anlagenprojekten im Zuge der Betriebsentwicklung mit

Das wünschen wir uns von Ihnen
- Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Qualifikation als Meister, Techniker (m/w/d) oder ein abgeschlossenes technisches Studium.
- Sie bringen mehrjährige Berufs- und Führungserfahrung aus einem vergleichbaren industriellen Umfeld mit, idealerweise aus der Lebensmittel- oder Pharmabranche.
- Zudem besitzen Sie gute Fachkenntnisse in der Steuerungs- und Automatisierungstechnik.
- Als kommunikationsstarke und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit motivieren Sie Ihr Team zu Bestleistungen und bringen Ihre Ideen strukturiert ein.
- Sie kommunizieren verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch und gut auf Englisch in Wort und Schrift.
