Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die verantwortliche fachliche, disziplinarische und organisatorische Leitung der Abteilung Handwerksrolle/Gewerbliche Zulassungen inklusive Ausnahmebewilligungs- und Ausübungsberechtigungsverfahren
- Du berätst in Fällen, die eine rechtliche Beurteilung erforderlich machen und den Ermessensspielraum der Sachbearbeitung überschreiten
- Du pflegst den Kontakt mit Ordnungsbehörden, Gewerbeaufsichtsämtern, Kreishandwerkerschaften, Innungen, IHK etc. und erstellst Stellungnahmen und Gutachten
- Du digitalisierst und optimierst Verwaltungsabläufe

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium, vorzugsweise der Rechtswissenschaften, Verwaltungswissenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Du besitzt Kenntnisse im öffentlichen Recht und die Bereitschaft, dich im Handwerks- und Gewerberecht einzuarbeiten
- Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung mit, idealerweise in einer Kammer, Verwaltung oder vergleichbaren Organisation
- Du verfügst über ausgeprägte Führungserfahrung und einen modernen, authentischen Führungsstil
- Du hast eine digitale Affinität, sehr gute Office-Kenntnisse und einen sicheren Umgang mit digitalen Verwaltungs- und Dokumentationssystemen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
